I was speaking to a representative asking about a motor and after beginning the conversation politely the representative begin laughing at my questions. I ended the call and though that this might just be the person I was talking too, but I called in a few weeks later to ask a different question. A completely different representative started laughing at me, so I just hung up. I know my knowledge of motors is limited, aka why I was asking the questions, but just seems incredibly rude to laugh
