You've screwed up my pre-buy, since August of 2023. you've send me bills and delinquent notices for propane that I've all ready paid for, threatened to cut of my propane deliveries. I keep calling your "help center" and getting little help. One person "Sar" has tried to get my pre-buy status fixed and has done some "fixing" on it but it is still screwed up.
