DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY, absolutely worthless. I feel like a prisoner to this company. Purchased a home with an Amerigas Tank and now paying $135 yearly rental. This tank has been at this home for 20 plus years to my knowledge. The Amerigas delivery person said he will not fill tank, too old and dangerous. Ameri gas is horrible, I called them to tell them not to deliver propane because I am switching to electric heating and hot water, and electric kitchen range. I told the person I will call them when I have my new appliances installed so they can remove there tank. This was 3 weeks ago. Today I come home and there are ruts in my yard and my tank is missing. Amerigas has been a great supplier of our propane needs for the four previous years, until this year. I’m unsure what has happened however, our propane deliveries this year have been downright awful. Short 100 gallons, still charged and customer service is not at all helpful consistently running us around in circles. I don’t see an end to the current dispute although I am still hopeful this American company makes America proud. Update: AmeriGas continues to disappoint. Our last propane delivery
