Use any other company. Wait times for help are horrendous, 107 minutes. They say they will call you back and then don’t. Haven’t had hot water for five days now cause they just won’t answer their phones.

Horrible customer service! They don't honor price quotes and make it almost impossible to reach a person to register a complaint. If you finally reach a person, they just pass the buck and transfer the call away to another person or department who then does the same thing. .
