They made the entire process easy and fast. We found them at the home show when we started looking for windows. They were 1 of 3 companies to give us an estimate and the others were not even close.

We had American Windows install 21 windows and a sliding door for us. Everyone was kind throughout the process. It’s been 2 years. I just pulled off the door frames and air was pouring through due to not being insulated. One window is hard to open. I asked for them to come back out and have been ignored. The low rating is to due to lack of follow up and poor insulation from the install.

They replaced my old windows shortly after I moved into my condo, pretty sure they had been the original windows and most were large odd sizes. From sales to contractors everyone was great. I plan to have them bid my boyfriend’s home in the spring.
