I had a bit of an emergency with my furnace right before the Holidays. I called American way this morning. They gave me a window of time when to expect a technician. They also explained their process to me. The tech was timely and knowledgeable. He went right to work on my furnace. Cleaned it, replace the leaking valve and gave me a very fair price. Took a big weight off my shoulders right before the Christmas Holiday. I will definitely use them again.
