Our experience with this company was horrible to say the least, from mitigation to renovation - we ended up firing them middle of renovation and outsourcing our own work. Crystal is the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with and have many texts and emails to prove it. Mitigation damaged and stole our belongings. They did so poorly our insurance refused to cover the damages and we had to threaten legal because we were out of our home for 9 months with a newborn . Do not use this company.

Company did not clearly communicate scope of project and we paid for services we thought covered the whole issue. They did not remove the affected material as advised and simply worked around the whole the plumber had cut out, then once everything had been dried, were told that another part of their company would come in and quote the repair after they collected their equipment and left a giant hole in our ceiling. Would 100% not recommend and use someone else.
