They said I had until midnight 7/31/25 to cancel. I can’t get in touch with anyone to cancel. I can’t afford this. If they take money out of my account I won’t be able to pay my bills. If that happens I will sue them for fraud.

Seems like a total scam. The salesman told me all about how it’s going to save me money in the long run, leaving out the part where I’d need to buy water softener pellets regularly. Within a month, an o-ring burst and softener material got all over my garage, staining a bunch of stuff. Then during a cold snap, even with towels and insulation and a water drip, the pipes for their water filter burst and nobody was answering their phones for several weeks. This is the worst place ever, a person working for this company Bob Reasoner scammed me into a water filtration system for my whole house and now the water company will not honor the free service of 3 years. I do believe they're going out of business because of Bob Reasoner and other related issues that they don't back up.
