Dan was able to come out and assess my water softener's problem the day after I called. My softener is 21 years old and will have to be replaced, but I cannot replace it right now so he cleaned out some of the areas that have colleced rust. He also told me to manually regenerate my tank till we can replace it. Extremely professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend his services. Very reasonable service fee of 150.00 which also included the cleaning.

We chose American Soft Water because of how receptive Dan was to our last minute request to install an iron filter working us into his full schedule. He did a great job on the piping, very neat. He also took extra time to really explain how the filter works, and how we should use it. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone needing any water softener and filtering needs.
