We had our septic tank pumped fast, courteous,and best of all reasonable pricing we will visit this company again in the future

So disappointed in American Septic. Selling a house and needed septic pumped and inspected. Had been a long time customer and only used them for years. They came and did the pump and said, they couldn't get the camera all the way to look. (paid $900 for that) Said they would come back for $1,200 to fix it. Dug a hole and said roots in the way. (paid the 1,200) Said they would come back again for 10K to fix it. I asked if they would take a bit off since i already paid them 2 other days.

Zachary Long was absolutely amazing, my septic was full and he came out when it was after hours. Taught us somethings we didn’t even know. Him and his coworker made sure everything was clean and looking. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone!!! Thank you so much!
