The technician did a good job cleaning my carpet and upholstered dining room chairs. He was very courteous and neat. I am pleased with the results

Had asked for a call before arriving to pick up/drop off and did not get one. Also asked for a call with the price before cleaning and also did not get one. I don’t understand the expense…I understand it’s a different state, but same cleaning will be done in Ohio for less than $300 next time.

Location & hour's were convenient. Glad they had the storage rapping option available.
