Ron was awesome! He came to clear my slow draining waste line. Since a poor clean-out inside the house wouldn’t allow him to use the hydro jet, we opted to install a clean-out just outside the building. To save money, he let me dig up the side sewer where it exited the house. With a new clean-out installed, he scoped the line with a camera and jetted the line simultaneously. I’m all set for easier service next time! Whole thing only took 3 hours. Thank you, Ron!

Like so many happy reviewers, we are a very happy customer as well and would highly recommend Ron. He and his team added a clean out valve to our sewer pipe, unclogged the sewer pipe and replaced our old cracked pipe. Ron not only is very experience, but responsible and pleasant to work with. I would rate this 10 stars if I could. First off out of nowhere my toilet started to overflow and leak last night. I discovered backup in both my shower and bathtub. After a bit of panicking, I found Ron with American Sewer. I called him at around 6:30 pm and he came out within 20 minutes and cleared the blockage. What a blessing that he would come out after hours to help. He came back today and installed a sewer release which is great. I highly recommend using Ron, honest and trustworth

Ron was great! Had an outside drain clog that formed a mini lake when it rained. He would not give up until he found the issue and resolved. He had all the tech to do the job. Great guy and reasonable price. Will use him again for sure

Ron from American rooter was great at clearing my clogged sewer line. He replaced my broken pipe and while it was open got it scoped and cleaned out all the way to the street. He replaced my old original concrete sewer line with new plastic pipe and a new cleanout. He seemed very trust worth and showed me everything going on. He was less than half the price the big name companies were trying to quote me.

Just got my side sewer line rooted in Lake Hills area of Bellevue. Ron, the owner/technician of this company, is such a great guy. He lives in our beautiful city as well. Always great to have a local technician who has his customers best interest in mind. Very knowledgeable with many years of experience and a great personality. I could not recommend him more highly.

Ron is very friendly and professional. He was recommended to me by my neighbor and I’m sure glad I called him. I was still on the fence as to what to do but Ron explained everything and fixed my drain issue all while I was watching on his camera. I couldn’t be happier. It wasn’t easy to access my drain, (had to go through the roof vent) but Ron gave me a very fair price. Like I said, I couldn’t be happier.
