They charged me $2100 to replace my well pump. Which wasn’t even the issues, It was a disconnect wire. If I didn’t tell them to make sure the pump works before they put it back in the ground, I probably would’ve never knew it was the wires. Long story short, The pump supposedly was new but stop working less than a year. I didn’t want to waste another 2k so I called my uncle who’s a contractor. We rented the pump pulling machine and he diagnosed the problem was definitely the pump. We spent $400

Called this afternoon about low water pressure and they came right out, same day. I was concerned the well pump was on its way out. After a systems check they diagnosed it as a clogged water filter. Got us up and running in a little over an hour, even took the time to teach me how to change it the next time it’s dirty. Honest service, reliable, and professional.

I am so glad I called American Pump for my well renovations. Matt and Shawn are awesome people and they did outstanding work. I had called so many other companies but Matt took the time to call me back, listen thoughtfully to my needs, and then he and Shawn came and delivered exceptionally on the plan they provided to me. My well is now modernized, my water quality is dramatically improved, and my well looks great with the beautiful hand pump they installed. They were super reliable, super nice
