I was more than happy with product and price. Then, it rained for the first time and I had several small leaks. Have been trying to get Alberto to come out and fix but has blown me off too many times and refused to rectify the problem. Why a business with otherwise a positive experience would have such a negative, lazy, bad attitude person as their employee to 'fix problems' baffles me.
