Rick presents himself as a roofing expert without having the necessary licenses Illinois requires. Rick is clearly incompetent when it comes to the exterior of a home. Has identified basic gutter apron as edge vent ventilation in writing on his company letterhead. Hopefully he knows more about insulation then proper attic ventilation
