I have left 3 messages in 3 weeks and and have had no response to my messages. I have a question about a Superior Fireplace, of which they are "qualified" to provide maintenance. They say in their message that " we are sorry we missed your call and it's very important to them". I find that hard to believe. Use at your own risk!

Avoid this company, they've either folded or simply refuse to follow up on their installation in BCS. SCH builders had them install a fireplace in the model home. Fireplace was never used but does not work. Builder asked them to fix. They ordered the parts but never follwed up after 5 mos of leaving messages. Find someone local instead to install and do follow up service for you.

We purchased a fireplace from them for our new build and have had so many issues and it is still not working. Ina ignores our calls and texts. She continues to promise to send people out to fix it, but then never does. It has been months and we have not heard from them. We just want what we paid for to work. Do not do business with them. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
