Thank you for the above and beyond services-clearing a main sewer drain exiting the property. The “root” cause of our issue was infact tree roots. First, the line was able to be cleared. Then scoped to investigate the overall condition of the outlet. Root infestation at 28’ from access point was ID’d and then they went after that successfully, pulling a mass out as big as a raccoon. These guys came out and cleared my main drain in the fall with little notice one weekday, after the large company never even called me back. Fast forward to Christmas and they are out clearing my neighbor's main drain. I think our pipes are getting old but it is good we have this wonderful husband and wife team to help us out!
