Working with this company has been a joy. Heather goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure any issues or problems are taken care of quickly. After being with a big alarm company for twenty years, we switched to American Alarm. Its good to know that when I call, I hear a familiar voice on the phone and I don't get passed around to several representatives to get a problem resolved.
