I have an American Home Shield Warranty. I was assigned ambition plumbing. They came out blamed my issue on the water softener. Water softener company came out and indicated it is not the water softener and it is the pressure into the house at the PVR causing the issue. The PVR is covered under my warranty. I have been dealing with the warranty company to get them back to look and it’s been oh they will come Friday or Saturday. No show. They will call you Monday by end of business. Nope. I

Tobi and Devin gave great customer service and were honest and fair all around. 5 stars on professionalism and customer service. the only negative was the drain pain that was replaced was not the same size so it caused another issue but all and all great work and prices are pretty fair

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. This is the second time they have come out, and once again, they attempted to charge significantly more than what the job should reasonably cost. What is especially concerning is that during this most recent visit, the toilet flange somehow “broke” while they were working on it, despite there being no issue with it beforehand. Jose and J.D. were here today because of a clogged drain. They were on time, very pleasant, helpful with explanations, and made it a point of saying that Ambition Plumbing services come with a 30-day warranty and to call them if there were any problems with the drain.
