Not only did Terry do a great job, he went above and beyond, not only cleaning the ducts but also locating several problems with my Hvac Unit and filter installation, and diagnosing a leak in a pipe feeding the unit, recommending the proper filters, etc. If you have a relatively new unit, get Amazon to do the cleaning because they'll diagnose any errors in installation as well
