Good communication, came on-time and performed the work. Work was coordinated by James via TWTX Exterior Cleaning. Was told the crew won't require water from the house since the water was shutoff due to freezing temperature. However, the crew DID tried to use the water and did NOT shut off the faucet properly which led to 3000 gallons of wasted water.

Had my house and driveway power washed yesterday. I mentioned that there was some wood rot around the back door and they were extra careful with it. They went out of their way to do a little extra on my roof and gutters and recommended some people for the wood rot. 10/10 would hire again!
