I spoke with Trevor on the phone today about our Hardie plank siding. He was extremely knowledgeable and directed me to exactly the information we needed to do the repair job ourselves, saving us hundreds if not thousands of dollars! There have been two other companies out to our house that have insisted the planks need to be completely reinstalled.
