AES installed a 5 MWh solar system with a Powerwall over 6 years ago. I recently had a Powerwall issue (first one) with the WiFi communications being offline. I went through troubleshooting with a Telsa tech, but they could not figure out the issue, so I called AES. The AES tech was on time. He contacted Telsa and they had the issue resolved in about a half an hour. The AES tech took the time to explain how things work and what was going on.
