Best customer service from this company. Signing up and then subsequently canceling after a move was incredibly easy, no high-pressure sales tactics to keep the subscription (looking at you, ORKIN.) Ben and Abdul were very polite and understanding. *GIVE THEM RAISES* Customer support is impeccable when needing to reschedule visits. I will ABSOLUTELY be recommending Alta to anyone in the Knoxville area that needs pest control. These guys are the greatest. Hands down.

I recently moved and needed to end my account. Ben picked up and helped me through. Double checked everything to make sure there wasn't anything I forgot or needed to do. Good guy, gave me all the info I asked about, he was quick and knew what needed to get done.
