My experience began with a deceptive salesperson over-promising what services would be performed, resulting in misaligned expectations. Chris the actual tech doing the work is outstanding! Did a precise and fantastic job. I signed up via a door to door salesman and he was not pushy and was not annoying. I wanted service anyway. That said, there is a slight disconnect between sales and service, but nothing material. The service is pest control and that is what you get and a very good job of it. I'll report back if any issues, but certainly 5 stars especially for the tech.
