In line with experience of others who have given 1 star reviews, the sales rep was unprofessional and wouldn’t take no for an answer. There is a fine line between persistence and annoyance and seems Alta trains its reps to be annoying. All red flags 🚩 - Soliciting at 8 pm - Lacking awareness that there is a toddler in the home and it’s absolutely a bad time ( or may be they want to capitalize on your mental fatigue) - Rinse Repeat playbook of FOMO on a one time deal. But back again the next day
