Ha ha, so the response from Aloha Alarm is pretty funny, in the way gaslighting is funny with its absurd claims that down is up. Do not trust this company!! Their actions are flatout predatory. After 13 months with them we decided to sell our home, and so called to let them know we were canceling service. It took 3 weeks and 3 calls before we got a response from them, and then they tried to rip us off. They said we had signed a 5 year contract, which is true.
