Water heater decided to spring a leak. Used Yelp to send out some requests, and Aloha Aina was the first to respond. My favorite part of these guys is how honest and transparent they are about their services. They asked me for pics and a video, and they were able to provide a rough estimate over Yelp messaging. I discovered the leak at about 10:30 PM on a Sunday night. By 10:30 Monday morning, I had an appointment with Albert. By 12:00 NOON my water heater was fixed! Awwwwrite ! Mahalo to Alber

Had a great experience with Keiko and Albert. They were very professional and responsive to my stressful situation. Albert was able to come out to investigate a suspected leak the day I called and was quick and informative. He explained the issue and we talked through the plan to fix the leak. Thankfully he was also able to fix the leak the same week in just one day. I would definitely hire Aloha Aina Plumbing for future needs.
