Had a good consultation meeting with the Designer (Robert) - knowledgeable, detail-oriented, professional. However had a poor experience with the scheduling team (Stacy), rude and unprofessional. Was quite caught off guard by it. Currently waiting for my install next week and hopefully that will go well and will update review with results

Omg. Best experience ever. I walked into their 3rd st showroom 2 weeks ago with a window treatment emergency. The lovely greeting with which Dennis greeted me set me at ease instantly. Michael came to my home that very afternoon and 2 weeks later Ian installed my beautiful custom window treatment. These people are real pros- competent, responsive, lovely. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks guys!!!!
