I had Allied come out and assess my home issues after I purchased my home and had my first gutter cleaning…where it was pointed out I had a below surface drainage issue. Absolutely exceptional service and support! I searched all over for someone to help me solve a downspout backing up/overflowing issue. Needed someone with a camera, geolocator, etc. to help me figure out where the drainage lines went under the pad and what was going wrong. They were awesome; helped me find the collapsed line, where the 2 lines went, staked it out, fixed the collapsed line, and matched the concrete with repair. i've called allied out twice and used them once – while using their recommendation after the second call. i would have used them the second time but paul helped me find the root cause of the issue, which was not a drainage one but related to the plumbing in my house. i really love when i'm not being upsold for something that won't fix the problem – the integrity of these folks is really high. their workmanship on the first call was speedy, tidy, and fixed the problem. highly recommend.
