Where do I start. Allied did our new AC unit almost 10 years ago. Nearly every single year since its inception it has failed. Initially, the installation was done incorrect, almost flooded our attic. Then likely due to poor installation and extra stress on the unit, a number of other things fell apart including the coils not once, but twice.
