Technicians are nice, though their thoroughness has varied so I’ve had to book multiple jobs to completely seal my apartment. A major downside is that their availability is extremely limited, so be prepared to have to wait 1-2 weeks at minimum to get help each time. This has drawn out the process to 1.5 months now and I wish I had gone with another company with more availability to squash this sooner. I don’t like living with mice.

Very happy with the service. They did a great job sealing up gap and holes where rodents could enter as well as setting traps. There follow up is excellent as well as there communication. Everyone we interacted with was very professional.
