I would give 10 stars if I could. Juan came out and fixed and serviced all three of my fireplaces, no issue. On time, fair pricing, and wonderful customer service. I was quoted astronomical prices from two other companies. Will recommend and continue to use.

Ridiculous place. Service non-existent. Purchased an insert in 2018, began calling for service in 2021. Needs repair every year because apparently if it gets wet, the wires degrade (quickly).
