I want to highly recommend Lance. He ran into a real hard to find problem and didn't just give up and say I can't do it. NOOOOO.... he got up on the roof and found the clog and solved our problem. He is honest, fair and trustworty ..... I hope you will use his services.

We originally arranged to have Lance replace our kitchen faucet and garbage disposal unit, but it turned out that our water cutoff, both under the sink and the main cutoff for the house, also needed repair.
