We are wanting to sell our house so I called All Texas Foundation Repair who actually repaired the foundation in 1998. Bill Marks came out and did the elevation test with his equipment. The foundation hasn't moved in all that time. Bill gave me a warranty transfer for the next owners. Very nice guy and a veteran like me. Highly recommend.
