The screen doors seemed very flimsy and cheap. The installer assured me that if anything goes wrong with them, they will come out and fix them. Well, the screen came off the track after just a couple times using them and a piece in the track was broken. I’ve been call them for 2 weeks. No one answers the phone and no one returns my many messages. Super weird and unprofessional. I wish I paid a little more for better quality and customer service.

This is the second time I’ve ordered retractable screens for my house and I am very happy with my purchase. I got an excellent service from Silvia on the phone and then from Alfonso when the installation took place. They were also the better priced of all the companies I called. I totally recommend this company.

I agree, there is no one returning phone calls and messages go unanswered. Possibly OOB.
