Knowledgeable staff and great customer service! They brought me up to speed on the products and gave me excellent recommendations that helped me make a great product choice. Also, they put a service plan in place so maintaining my product would be simple. I looked at quite a few pool companies, but I received the best customer service from poolside. We bought a Dimension One hot tub 3 years ago from Poolside. It started to leak and we called for a fix. We live in the Duluth area and they said they would charge for the trip. They sent 5 people and three vans to fix a cracked light bulb that cost $3. We were billed over $1200 and treated like we were the worst customers in the world. We paid over $17,000 for this hot tub which should not have leaked in 3 years. Stay away from Poolside and their maintenance crew - they are definitely not
