I left a message for help with an above ground pool, set 2 ft. In ground. I received a call back within the hour and Al helped me by diagnosing my issue and providing solutions. I was very happy with the customer service, time spent educating and supporting me without trying to take advantage of me!

The team did great! Not only did they squeeze me in, but they replaced my liner in a day (within about a week of calling them) even when they needed to order a special liner for my apparently special pool! They also came to replace one of the wall sections, and when they found a full hole in another area they weren’t planning on replacing, they had everything they needed to get that done too. My pool is a different pool and I need this cold front to get moving so I can live in it again! Thank yo
