Horrible terrible sevice !!!!All patio doors came out and damaged the frame on the top and the bottom of my aluminum door they tried to bend it to make it slide better. That's the quality of work that they do. They do not stand behind the service that they offer. They would not replace it or make it right. Here are the photos to back. My claim, I will take this review down once the door is fixed properly.

My slider was very hard to open. I had been getting by with WD40, but it was almost impossible when I called All Patio Doors. They came out quickly and did a fantastic job. The service technician was a smart, genuinely nice guy. He was creative, careful and clean. Explained everything to me as he was doing it. My house is ancient and he had no problem adapting and my door slides effortlessly now. And I won't use WD40 on my new setup...Promise. :) I am very happy with the service I recei

I had a scheduled time that I had to wait a week for. I had rescheduled same day and was given a 10-12 time range. (Approx arrival time in the morning) They texted me today saying it was for 2-4pm.. Not saying the window service is bad, but whoever does scheduling greatly inconvenienced us.. I might suggest implementing confirmation texts.

Needed my sliding door fixed quickly. They came out next day early. The young man was very professional and found the issue. He fixed and replaced the rollers and the door feels like brand new. Price was good. Thank you

Excellent service provided by Travis who seemed intent on doing a thorough job renovating my run down patio sliding door. He would not leave until he was sure it was back up to speed and operating as intended with new rollers and correctly spaced tracks. Our patio door was VERY hard to open, it is 18 years old and I’m pretty sure it’s never been serviced, we haven’t had any repairs on it in the 5 years we’ve owned the home. It would take two hands and some muscle to open it. All Patio Doors came out and replaced the rollers and track and it opens with one finger now! I wish we had called them 5 years ago! The tech was really nice, and done in a little over an hour. I would highly recommend.
