The guys were great but he price was absolutely ridiculous. I booked them to move JUST my furniture for a studio apartment about 10 blocks. It cost over 1000 dollars. That is not a reasonable rate. I moved 6 months earlier for half that price to move all of my belongings, not just furniture. EDIT: Heather from corporate reached out to adjust the cost of the move

Extremely dishonest!!! What they first quote you is no where near the price. Just disgusting what they tried to pull. Complete bait and switch. Every company involved with your home is trying to rip you off.

They tell you one price in the initial call including “there’s no charge for packing materials for your TV” and then the call you get later to confirm is completely different with all kinds of different charges that contradict the initial quote.
