Matt was awesome to work with punctual I went over and beyond to fix multiple leaks in my Hot Springs hot tub. Even changed the pump out for me a very reasonable price! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!!! Ryan

This was the worst experience I have ever had in Prescott. I’ve been here for 27 years and never been treated like this by a so called professional. He said he didn’t need to hot tub drained that he’d use plugs for it so I didn’t drain it. I had to leave town so I paid him for the work he was going to do. I trusted he’d do a good job. That’s on me for trusting someone. He drained the tub swapped out the part and never bothered to test it or even fill it back up to make sure everything worked. I
