We've had an EcoWater softener from them for 20+ years. I've always been able to purchase the inlet and outlet disc seals from them, even as recent as 2023, to replace myself. They are a wear item and simple to replace. Not today - doors were locked, no customer entrance. I called while standing outside, and was told they don't sell parts, I'd have to have a technician come out. I don't mind paying for service when it's something that I can't do myself, but this isn't one of those times. Y

We had an appointment today from 3 to 6pm. At 6:50 my wife finally called and was told “Oh I see this needs to be rescheduled “ This wasn’t the first time, six months ago the guy showed up 25 minutes late without bothering to call. Ever since Collin’s Comfort Masters bought them the customer service has been terrible. I first bought a RO system and water softener in 1997 from All About Water and we are on our second set of equipment. I will never use either company again!
