Wow. I've read the reviews and will confirm the 1 Star reviews over the last 2 years are accurate. The person answering the phone was just as rude if not worse than other reviewers have posted. Certainly not anyone I would ever do business with, much employ. I requested a quote to have 2 BMW car keys cut and coded. $850 each whether I supply the new key or they sell me theirs, no price difference… They are far to rude and at least 4x competitors pricing, I know it will be a cold day in hell

I have always had great service from both the old and new owner. It's hard running a small business. The keys i get made at home depot never work but hers always do.
