Absolute exceptional customer service and focus. I don't recommend many providers but I would have no issue suggesting Aligned Garage Doors for all of your garage door needs. Adding to a previous review after sustained exceptional service. Had an issue that I couldn't troubleshoot so I reached out to Aligned. Fortunately for me they were in the area and responded within an hour to quickly resolve and explain the issue and to provide recommendations how to avoid the issue in the future.

Contacted on Sunday for a broken spring, they arrived @ 9AM on Monday and had my garage door operational within 45 minutes. They quoted a reasonable price up front and charged exactly what they quoted. Highly recommend.
