This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! I placed an order for a beautiful rug on December 1, 2025. It’s been almost 3 months and I’ve been calling and emailing and no one ever answers the phone and no one ever returned my voicemails. Yesterday, Feb 19, 2026, their delivery company tried to deliver the rug and my gate in our development has a new policy that they must check insurance from driver if truck is over the sz limit for our development. Ashlyn was amazing!!! She was so hands-on, knowledgeable, and creative! She went above and beyond to help me with my design choices, and I truly appreciated her expertise.
I was initially very inspired by their podcast and truly admired the way they spoke about design, creativity, and originality. It felt refreshing and made me believe I had found real design icons to follow. I was highly disappointed when I bought expensive items from Alice Lane, only to find out later that they sourced their products from Chinese suppliers or Amazon where you can buy the same things and pay 90% less! A no go for me…
Still waiting on half our furniture. Four of my five chairs showed up the wrong color. Chairs the designer picked for my space don’t fit. Love my two sofas, but this whole process and having to constantly email customer service to find out an update on when the rest of my items will arrive has been ridiculous.
Spent over 150k here and they treat me like my business doesn’t matter.
Their items are gorgeous. Unfortunately I went to order a duvet during their “very best sell” and come to find it costs $50 to have a duvet shipped to my house on top of it already costing $600. That is literally a joke. With it being as costly as it is you should be eating the cost of the shipping.
