The pricing was fair, the installing team was quick, clean and friendly. One window was manufactured incorrectly, the installers installed the other one and returned 2 weeks later with the correct window. They did a good job of catching the mistake. We had paid in full at the time of the installation and Alexander responded quickly with the replacement window. We are still waiting on the replacement screen for the first window, which was bent.
