Regrettable experience. I used the contact page to inquire about a very straightforward job and the owner simply responded with mouth-gaping emoji. I also sent pictures and got no response. Then I asked again on the same thread (because I thought perhaps one of his children had gotten his phone and sent the rude emoji) and still no response. Then I sent the job to one of his competitors and got a very nice response, and ultimately got a very reasonable quote.The job is scheduled for mid June. I
