Matthew in the office was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and made it easy to choose the right insert and surround for our home. They did an excellent job inspecting my older gas fireplace for safety and giving it a thorough chimney service. The technician called ahead to ask if he could arrive early, and that worked out great. he cleaned and refreshed the old vermiculite with lava rock, replaced the worn aluminum pipe with a safer stainless steel liner, and made sure the whole fireplace system was venting properly.
