Terrible company. I have 2 restaurants with this system. When I opened my second location I immediately had battery and sensor issues within months of installation. Called to have the system looked at, was told no worries we will take care of it. Now I have a surprise $250 service call Bill for someone coming out and changing batteries on a months old system and because I am not going to pay the bill they took my app access away. I have been with alert 360 for many years. During the ice storms my battery was affected. Alert 360 came out and replaced the battery at my request for a very reasonable service charge. The technician was on time, polite, quick.
