Terrible service, terrible circuity contractor. Their lead sales guy Andrew made a bunch of promises during our new construction on our home in el dorado hills. Alert 360 installed our system, and it never worked property. I told alert 360 i would not pay for a service that was never working. They told me "Well we won't come back out until you catch up with your payments." No one should have to pay for a service/install that does not work on function properly. I told them i would happily resume
